Community Council Meetings

The SOO-Arnprior Community Council Meetings will meet on a minimum quarterly basis and these meeting are open to all Members of the Arnprior Special Olympics Community. It was agreed at the 2011 Annual General Meeting that the minutes of the Community Council Meetings will be posted on this web site after they have been approved.

Annual Members Meeting

SOO-Arnprior Community Council holds an Annual Members Meeting in the Fall of each year. Athletes, volunteers, parents, guardians and community supporters are encouraged to attend.

The Community Council Members will present their annual reports on the achievements in the past year and what is planned for this fiscal year. The annual budget will be approved. Some new faces will be added to the Council, along with some old familiar faces.
